Italian Style Dressing (Also known as Yum Sauce)
This is our very favorite salad dressing at our house! 1/2 c. olive oil 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. cashews 1/3 c. lemon juice 2 cloves garlic 1.5 tsp. salt 1 T. dried basil 1 T. dried oregano 2/3 c. nutritional yeast (gives the cheesy flavor) Blend it all up real smooth in your blender. You'll love it and so will your family.
