Mild Curry Powder Recipe
2 T. ground Fenugreek seeds
1 T. ground coriander
1 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
1/2 tsp. finely ground bay leaf
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
Mix all ingredients together and store in a little glass jar. Yields 5 tablespoons.
Note: This is usually gentler on your stomach lining than typical curry powders. We want to take excellent care of our stomachs so they can serve us well!
