Originated in the small village of Tochliavri, in the Republic of Georgia, and brought to the U.S. by John Swenson, AKA “Tochliavri”. Cultivated in a northern climate, Red Toch can handle cold northern winters. Known for its superior flavor, Red Toch is mild and complex in flavor offering minimal heat and is not as pungent as other garlic varieties. Stores 6-7 months. Note: Planting bigger cloves gets you bigger heads!!!
